Terms of Use (Alpha).

Last updated: Draft

Draft — owner needs to review with legal counsel before relying on this. This page describes, in plain language, the basic terms for using the Keviq Browser Alpha. It is not final and has not been reviewed by an attorney.

Keviq Browser is currently in private Alpha. These terms explain, in honest and straightforward language, what that means for you while you're using it.

01Alpha software, provided “as-is”

Keviq Browser Alpha is experimental, pre-release software. It is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. You should expect bugs, incomplete features, interruptions, and behavior that changes between builds.

Do not rely on the Alpha for critical or production work without your own backups and verification.

02Access can change or end at any time

Access to the Alpha is an invitation, not a guarantee. We may modify, suspend, or end your access to the Alpha — or the Alpha program itself — at any time, without notice, for any reason.

03Acceptable use

You agree to use Keviq Browser responsibly. Do not misuse the software, and do not use it for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates the terms of service of any third-party website the software interacts with on your behalf.

04Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keviq Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Alpha software, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
